He has been in the line up for seven finals recording first places in the Men’s Open, Team Surfing, Team Bullyboard and Team Bodysurf disciplines, second place in Stand up, third place in Team Bodyboard and finally sixth place in the Alaia division. Duane says he really enjoyed this competition and his success adds to his victory at the Makahiki Games Longboard, the first longboard contest in the Hawaiian season.
